Users who connect their Google accounts to OpenAds provide data as permitted by Google’s sharing permissions, which may include Google Contacts (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other identifying information.)

We collect anonymous data when you visit our website or use our Product to monitor traffic, fix bugs, and make improvements. For example, we collect information like web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request.

End-User Data

Prompts

In order to serve relevant ads to your end-users, you may send OpenAds your users' "prompts" (user inputs needed to use your product). OpenAds only collects prompts you explictly send us through our API. We do not associate prompts with identifiable end-user data. delete prompts individually through OpenAds' interface, or by emailing privacy@openads.ai

You may opt out of storing prompt text, in which case we will only save derived prompt metadata such as topic category and commercial relevance.

Ad Performance Data

We may record data relating to the performance of ads served through OpenAds for the purposes of billing, running our services, and improving them.

  • We may disclose Personal Data to attorneys or law enforcement authorities to address potential illegal behavior, and we disclose any information demanded in a court order or otherwise required by law or to prevent imminent harm to persons or property. 
  • We may share Personal Data in connection with a corporate transaction, like a merger or sale of our company, or a sale of all or substantially all of our assets or of the product or service line you received from us, or a bankruptcy.
  • We may also share aggregated and/or anonymized data with others for academic or other public-interest uses.
